The System is a private automation tool used by its owner only. It has no other users and collects no information from anyone else.
With the owner's consent it uses the Google Drive drive.file permission, which lets it create documents in the owner's Google Drive and read or update only the files it created. It does not access other files, Gmail, Calendar or Contacts.
Data obtained through Google is used solely to provide this function to the owner. It is not shared with third parties, sold, used for advertising, or used to train models, in line with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Access can be revoked at any time from the owner's Google Account.
